ASEAN Disaster Management Communications
To help develop the future leaders of ASEAN through building capacity in disaster management and humanitarian assistance, our CEO was asked to run a two-day workshop on leadership communications and facilitation skills for participants from all ASEAN countries. This was undertaken for the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance and disaster management, an inter-governmental organisation established by the 10 ASEAN nations.
Greater Bay Area Stakeholder Mapping
Our client services director previously worked with one of the world’s biggest technology companies, with a large footprint across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Reporting to government affairs executives, the company was provided with detailed, daily stakeholder and issues mapping that could be used within the business segments. The results were on-going insights that were executable by many different departments and that supported sales efforts.
Defining a new FinTech Asset Class
Our team previously worked with a FinTech firm to position a new, alternative asset class in Hong Kong and other Chinese markets. The branding was designed to establish legitimacy and trust with new sellers. The team worked on messaging that resulted in strong feedback from institutional investors, asset buyers and sellers. The media was also positive towards the offering, with extensive coverage in financial broadcast, trade print and online press.
